Lapangan futsal relatif kecil…. tapi kadang kita terlalu asyik lari kesana kemari sehingga terlalu banyak gerak yg mengakibatkan kita cepet lelah.. lebih baik ada pembagian yang tertata dalam menyerang ataupun bertahan. saat menyerang. pake umpan2 kecil dan saat bertahan langsung buang bola, sehingga pemain yang ada didepan bisa membantu pemain belakang dalam bertahan

Maintain stamina

Futsal field is relatively small, but sometimes we are too busy running and moving make us easily tired. It’s better  for us to make distribution flow of  attack and defence. when attacking, use short passes and when defending our zone, direclty dispose the ball so that the front  player  can help team defense.
